MUSIC FINE ART / SOLO ARTIST COLLECTION
Detroit’s own blue-collar rocker, Robert Clark Seger is a singer-songwriter and multiple instrumentalist. In 1973, he put together the Silver Bullet Band with a group of Detroit-area musicians with whom he became the most successful on a national level with the album, Live Bullet (1976). The album was recorded live in 1975 at Cobo Hall Detroit, Michigan. A roots rocker with a classic raspy, powerful voice, Seger wrote and recorded songs that deal with love, women and blue-collar themes. He is an example of a heartland rock artist. Detroit named a street after this great musician as he stands out as a proud Detroit city supporter. A great addition to my fine art series of Music Legends.
