Description
We welcome Legend Rider II. A second painting added to the series of limited edition prints for Sturgis 2011 rally.
The roaming buffaloes make way on the road for riders as the thunder in South Dakota hills reach the town of Sturgis. This is where the party begins, saloons are filled with hungry and thirsty bikers. The bronze and granite sculptures dominate the town as a reminder of the past history where it all began. Along this journey, riders will find motorcycle museums, a magnificent field of stars and striped flags honoring our Vets to the various small to large shops and vendors set along the road side showing their products. The locals are genuinely friendly and admire the different styles of motorcycles. As the sun sets, the golden grass leads you to the top of the hill to a places called The Buffalo Chip. Music legends entertain crowds of fans to the evening star filled sky over the rugged landscape.
Legend Rider II is Motor Marc’s commemorative painting for this year’s rally. “Motor” Marc again connects the strength of the legendary lands and surrounding cities with the power of iron horse riders. This limited edition work-of-art will impress the true motorcycle rider enthusiast in all of us.
